Question: When is the WHS Senior Grad Nite?
Answer:
Departure: Charter Buses will leave the Roseville area late Tuesday, June 6th. Check-in 9pm sharp!
Return: The Grad Nite Private Party will end at 2am on June 8th. 2am Bus Load and Return to Roseville area Thursday, June 8th. Estimated return time of 12:00 pm at the Woodcreek High School Parking Lot.
Question: How much will it cost?
Answer: The trip will cost $350. This includes: Disneyland Park Hopper & Grad Nite Private Party ticket, Charter Bus there & back, Snacks & Essentials drawstring bag (including t-shirt).
Question: How do I Register/Pay?
Answer: January 31st from 5pm - 8pm at Campelli's Pizza to turn in contract & $200 deposit (spots still available) OR submit second deposit of $100 or payment in full.
First 210 Woodcreek graduates to complete the contract & pay the $100 deposit by December 6th, 2022 at Old Town Pizza Roseville from 5pm - 8pm will have their spot reserved. Any above 210 will be on the waiting list.
Please print, sign and bring signed contract with you January 31st along with $200 deposit to Campelli's Pizza Roseville 5pm - 8pm. Still spots left. Any after 210 will be placed on the waiting list.
Student and/or Parent/Guardian must be in person to turn in completed registration form and deposit. One registration per person, no saving spots in line.
Reminder to be respectful to Old Town Pizza's place of business and for them hosting our fundraiser.
Deposit is non-refundable. Person cancelling is responsible to find someone else to pay and take their spot. This is the only way a deposit will be refunded. The next on the waiting list will have the opportunity to book their spot.
Payment in full will be due by March 1, 2023.

We plan to offer some fundraising events throughout the year, more information to come.
Question: What will graduates do for food?
Answer: Snacks are included for the bus trip 6/6 PM. Seniors CANNOT bring their own food or drinks on the bus.
Light Breakfast will be included 6/7 AM.
Attending graduates will be responsible for their own food & drink purchases at the park. 6/7 AM - 6/8 2AM.
We will communicate as we get updates.
Question: What are the rules for the trip?
Answer:
Smoking, vaping, alcohol, marijuana and other illegal substances are strictly prohibited while on the bus, in Disneyland or on any part of the Sober Grad Nite trip. If a senior is caught with any substance, the parents will be called and it will be the parents responsibility to come an pick up the child.

For phone charging, chaperones will have a place to charge phones, but there isn’t a set space for students to charge. The theme parks do have portable phone charging systems kiosks called FuelRod. There’s more information at this link: https://disneyland.disney.go.com/guest-services/portable-phone-chargers/ Grads can swap an uncharged battery pack for a charged one at the kiosks, but you can also bring your own portable battery pack.
