Frequently Asked Questions
How can I watch the show?
PUFFS will be available to watch Thursday, September 30th at 7:00pm; Friday, October 1st at 7:00pm; and Sunday, October 3rd at 2:00pm. You must purchase a ticket for the showtime you wish to attend. All shows will be in-person at the Waukee Theatre Arts Center (575 SE University Ave, Waukee, IA). Seating is reserved. If you would like to sit with a group, you must purchase your tickets together.
Will face coverings be required for audience members?
No, masks will not be required, but they are HIGHLY ENCOURAGED.
Can I view the show virtually through a livestream?
The production will not be presented virtually this year. It can only be viewed live and in-person at the Waukee Theater Arts Center.
What is the run time of the show?
The production will run 90ish minutes. There will be no intermission.
How do I purchase tickets?
Visit our TICKETS page for more information on purchasing tickets. Tickets will be sold online prior to the show date. Tickets will be available for purchase at the door one hour before curtain.
Are tickets refundable?
All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be given.
Is the show appropriate for younger audience members?
Yes! Similar to a famous story involving a certain boy wizard, this show is fun for the whole family!
Can we record the show or take pictures?
No flash photography and recording are NOT permitted during the performance. It's illegal.
