Funds raised are applied as credit towards students "Fair Share" cost, the cost of wind & jazz ensemble trips, or the major trip during the spring. Fundraisers have included the sale of GA Band Coffee, Walla Walla concessions, Donut Sales and Spaghetti Dinners.
Band Booster fundraisers are used to support the operational costs of both the WHS Band Boosters, as well as the WHS Band program directly. Fundraisers include the Winter Craft Bazaar, Solo and Ensemble Concessions, and Panda Express.
GA Coffee
Mela Coffee Roasters produces our own GA Band Coffee blend. This is a fairshare fundraiser.
Winter Craft Bazaar
In December, students and parents help to set up and take down the bazaar.
Spaghetti Dinners
Students sell tickets for the dinner. The dinner is served by students and entertainment is provided by students.
Walla Walla Concessions
From March until August, get a food handlers permit and then sign up for a 3-4 hour shift. Each shift pays $30 for students and $30 for parents, with a $50 bonus for being a weekly leader. This is a fast way to earn toward your fair share and spring trips.
