Other volunteer opportunities include:

Band Uniform Distribution/Collection - June–Sept.

Help size incoming freshmen, collect seniors’ uniforms, help count inventory and distribute uniforms to new members.

Lobby Help before /after Concerts - Dec-May.

Welcome families, hand out programs, help serve and/or provide refreshments, etc.

Annual Warrior Band Banquet – Nov.

Help with planning, setup, serving, and/or clean-up for the Marching Band Banquet (late Fall).

Photos/Yearbook/Video – Year round.

Take photos of marching band, chorus, and/or orchestra for end of year slide show & general publication; create marching band “yearbook” and/or slide show for Band Banquet.

WHS Jazz Symposium – Feb.

Help WHS host Jazz groups from the area. Provide pizza dinner for visiting students and judges/directors, and monitor lobby/halls during Symposium.

Concert Program Ad Sales - Jan/Feb.

Work with a team of volunteers to approach local businesses to buy ad space in our spring concert programs. Money raised go towards the Music Scholarship Fund.

Concert Program Layout - Feb-May.

Create program booklet (in Publisher), laying out ads and other information for winter/spring concert programs.

Misc

Help serve pizza at celebrations, transport instruments to special events, whatever is needed!
