The Who's Who Chatbot provides users with a view profile button, which takes them directly to the profile/information page of the staff member, which the AI identified to be the correct point of contact after processing the user query and marching it to a staff member after scanning through the database. It can also use natural language to generate emails based on the context of the user prompt.
Advanced Search and Filtration System
Advanced Filtration and Search: Who's Who provides users with many advanced search filtration options. Type the role, department, or name of the staff member to find their contact page, or if you have multiple of those details, then apply our filters and have multiple filters active at the same time to pinpoint who you are looking for. Too many filters? not an issue, as we enable you to search for specific filters. Only remember the initials of a staff member? no problem, use the alphabet filter.

A Unique Staff Dashboard
Staff dashboard: allows staff members to edit their profile and view profile prefomance metrics including how many people have bookmarked their profile and how many unique visitors have visited their page. Staff will also be able to update their details such as 'abot me and 'skills'' etc, and set toggle availability status and type a custom status
Beginner-Friendly Admin Dashboard
Admin Dashboard: Admins can execute CRUD functions to manage both users and staff within the system (CREATE, READ UPDATE, DELETE). The Admins dashboard has a UI which is user friendly and was designed to ensure it is beginner-friendly and no training would be required to know how to use it, meaning new admins can use the system with ease, and educational institutions will not have to spend on training costs. Admins can also add staff in a single entry or bulk upload via CSV/Microsoft Excel files, making it easy to integrate with your existing technologies
Data Insights: The analytics tab visualises data gathered from the staff directory into charts/graphs and allows you to filter them to see different types of data, enabling those in charge of decision-making to make data-driven decisions related to staffing.

Staff Availability distribution per department
Staff Members with the most Profile Views/Visits
Most bookmarked Staff profiles (pending)
Department Growth over the past 6 months
The above can be filtered by selected departments and staff members. The analytics page adjusts the advanced filtring system found on the home page to be suited for organisational analytics
