With more than 35 years of experience in Early Childhood Education, I have gained extensive experience in Family Childcare, Child Care Centers, and Franchise programs, supporting children from birth to school age.  My diverse background provides me with the expertise required to create high-quality, nurturing, and stimulating environments.  Through my experience, I have honed the skills required to implement a rich, play-based curriculum that emphasizes strong teacher-child interactions and robust family engagement.  I am dedicated to developing educational programs that promote children's intellectual, social, and emotional growth, thereby supporting their holistic development.  I recognize that this process begins with active parental involvement and teacher support, which are crucial for fostering independent, lifelong learners.  

Throughout my career, I have developed the ability to communicate effectively with teachers, parents, families, and social planners.  I focus on fostering emotional intelligence and resilience in young children, which significantly enhances their engagement and ability to achieve developmental milestones.  I am committed to establishing strong parent-teacher relationships through ongoing communication and regular conferences, which enhance understanding and advocacy in education for their children.  My passion extends to training in all areas of child development, including Texas Guidelines, social-emotional learning, language development, cognitive growth, physical development, and the creation of inclusive environments with appropriate accommodations.
