Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms cover paid subscriptions and virtual credits in Whoosh AI: Instant AI Video Maker ("Whoosh AI", "we", "us", or "our"). They add to our Terms of Service. When you subscribe, buy credits, or start a free trial, you accept these terms.
1. Whoosh Pro & Billing
1.1 Free trial
We may offer a free trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, the trial turns into a paid subscription at the price shown when you signed up.
1.2 Auto-renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (weekly, monthly, yearly, or as shown at purchase) until you cancel. Cancel anytime in your Google Play account settings.
1.3 Payment
By subscribing, you authorize us (through Google Play) to charge your chosen payment method for the recurring fee. All payments are processed by Google Play.
1.4 Ad-free
An active Whoosh Pro subscription removes ads from the app.
2. Credits
Whoosh AI uses virtual credits ("Credits") to run AI features such as generating videos. Each generation tells you its cost before you confirm.
2.1 Subscription Credits
Your plan adds Credits to your balance on each renewal. While your subscription is active, these Credits accumulate and do not expire — unused Credits carry over to the next period.
2.2 Purchased (add-on) Credits
Credits you buy separately stay valid until you use them, unless stated otherwise.
2.3 How Credits are used
There's no fixed order — subscription Credits and purchased Credits are pooled and used together.
2.4 Good to know
- Credits have no cash value.
- Credits are non-transferable.
- Credits are non-refundable except where the law requires.
3. Cancellation
Canceling stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the current billing period.
Note: Deleting or uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription — you must cancel in Google Play.
4. Price Changes
We may change prices over time. Where the law or platform rules require, we'll tell you in advance. If you don't accept a new price, cancel before it takes effect.
5. Refunds
- Google Play purchases: handled under Google Play's refund policies.
- Any external purchases (if offered): non-refundable unless the law requires otherwise.
We don't process payments directly.
6. Rules of Use
You agree not to use Whoosh AI to:
- Break any law
- Create or share harmful, abusive, hateful, or illegal content
- Create sexual or exploitative content
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Deceive, harass, or harm others
- Upload malware or attempt unauthorized access
- Interfere with how the Service runs
We may restrict or suspend access if you do.
7. Your Content & Our Rights
7.1 We own the Service
All rights in the Service — software, models, and design — belong to Whoosh AI or its licensors.
7.2 You own your content
You keep ownership of what you create. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use your content only to operate and provide the Service. We do not use your content to train AI models.
7.3 You're responsible for your content
You're responsible for what you create and share. We may remove content that breaks these terms or applicable policies.
8. AI Output Disclaimer
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected, and is produced automatically. Don't rely on it as professional advice.
9. Warranty Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent the law allows, we don't guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or that the Service will meet every expectation. Nothing here limits rights that can't be excluded under applicable law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent the law allows, Whoosh AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost data or revenue. This doesn't exclude liability that can't be limited by law.
11. Termination
We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or if it's needed to protect the Service or its users. You can stop using the Service anytime.
12. General
12.1 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
12.2 Disputes
Disputes are resolved by informal negotiation, then binding arbitration on an individual basis (with a class-action waiver), as set out in Section 14 of the Terms of Service. Arbitration is administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), with Hong Kong as the seat.
12.3 Severability
If any provision is invalid, the rest stay in effect.
12.4 Entire agreement
These Subscription Terms, together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Whoosh AI for subscriptions and credits. If there's any conflict about subscriptions or credits, these Subscription Terms control.
