Welcome to our annual conference, which will be held on November 28th (Pre-Conference) and November 29th, 2025 at Dwight School Seoul, in the Digital Media City, Sangam-Dong, Seoul, South Korea.
This year our theme is Whole Hearts, Clear Paths: Empowering Student Well-Being and Purpose.
We are delighted to welcome Dr. Rana Cheatwood as our keynote speaker. With more than 25 years of experience as a clinical counselor, university and college counselor, professor, and educational consultant, Dr. Cheatwood has dedicated her career to advancing student and educator wellbeing. Currently serving as a school counselor and designated safeguarding lead, her research focuses on the basic psychological needs of international school teachers, working in partnership with educators and school leaders to strengthen wellbeing across school communities.
In addition to the keynote, the conference will feature job-alike sessions, support agency meet-and-greets, and ample opportunities to connect and collaborate with colleagues from across Korea and the East Asia region.
