To register, please fill in the form from below. Incomplete registration, for example, missing verifiable affilation and email address, will not be considered.
The registration fee is 500 lei (approx. 100 euro) payable at the registration desk the first day of the workshop. For students (with a student document) the reduced fee is 300 lei (approx. 60 euro).
Contributed Talks
There will also be a number of contributed presentations. If you are interested in delivering a talk, please indicate it in the registration form. To write your abstract, use the abstract template that can be downloaded from below. Abstract submission should be made by e-mail at <kaptan@fen.bilkent.edu.tr>.
Important Dates
Deadline for registration with a planned contributed talk: Thursday, 30 April 2026.
Deadline for abstract submission for accepted talks: Friday, 15 May 2026.
Deadline for registration for participation only: Friday, 22 May 2026.
The workshop will start Tuesday morning, 9 June 2026, and end Friday at noon, 12 June 2026. Registration will be open Monday after-noon, 8 June 2026.
Important Note
All talks are peer-reviewed and approved, if the case.
