This collection reflects my growth, learning, and professional development during my practicum in NUR 6348: Practicum in Health Problems. As a future nurse educator, I am committed to creating inclusive learning environments, promoting evidence-based practice, and supporting the ongoing development of both nursing students and clinical staff.
