Audience: The target audience of this training includes lab technicians, chemists and biologists. Employee demographics range from ages 23-45. 100% of staff hold a bachelor's degree or above. Employees have a minimum of 1 year of work experience at a commercial lab handling hazardous materials.

Business Problem: The increasing frequency of workplace accidents poses a critical challenge in managing and mitigating the escalating costs associated with employee personal injuries.
