Our Rates
These are just estimated rates based on house or apartment size. Actual rates will be negotiated based on a 1st time home inspection. We reserve the rights to change and adjust rates at any time however we will always maintain our rates during a visit at an agreed upon price unless things dynamically change while we are there. We will notify you of changes if we see them.
Our standard rate is based on a 1 person cleaning crew doign a 4 hour job. The fee for this is estimated at a flat fee of $140.00-$175.00 and may vary based on logistics such as site conditions and our availability to travel to the site. We are based in Durham and there is no mobilization costs if within 12 miles of 27713. We request flexibility that allows us to travel when the traffic is not at it's worst as we don't want our folks sitting in traffic for 1 hour +. We still have to pay employees regardless.
