Controversy around his figure raised due to legal problems and rape charges. His most famous songs include Hit Em Up, All Eyez on Me, California Love, and Dear Mama.

Born in 1949 in Long Branch, New Jersey, Bruce Springsteen is a songwriter and a singer. Nicknamed "The Boss" for his central role in the rock 'n' roll music scene (especially in the 1970s and 1980s), his songs deal with the working class' problems and, more broadly, with turmoils around the American identity. Among his greatest hits there are Born to Run, Born in the U.S.A., Thunder Road, The River, and Dancing in the Dark.

Born in 1987 in Compton, California, Kendrick Lamar is a rapper who has won twenty-two Grammys and the first one to have ever received a Pulitzer prize. His "top songs" include All the Stars,  Not Like Us,  luther, and Money Trees.

Born in 1972 in St. Joseph, Missouri, Marshall Bruce Mathers III (stage name: Eminem) is one of the most influential and best-selling musicians of the 21st century.
