Fixtures will follow on from each other and be blocked into a one hour slot, either 7pm-8pm or 8pm-9pm.

We ask that all players attend each fixture with both a White and a Navy top. The first named team will play in White.

Each team will play each other twice within a league format for weeks 1-4.

In weeks 5-6 there will be plate and cup matches based on the final league rankings, with 1st playing 8th, 2nd v 7th, 3rd v 6th and 4th v 5th.
