Who we are

Lindig Illustrations is a team that consists of students who aim to share knowledge and insight regarding the Bagobo culture through a one-shot comic book, implementing cultural appropriation and awareness. 

Lindig originated from the word 'Baby' in the Bagobo-Klata dialect that is one of the most used dialects among Maguindanao’s Bagobo community. The Angnga Illustrations was derived from the said word to portray Mebuyan's concept as the nurturer of the unborn children and also emphasize that all people came from a mother and were once a child.
