18 Month Probation Period $69,135
Top Partrol Officer Pay $99,427 After 3 Years
United States citizen
Must be 21 years of age or older
High School Diploma
Must be currently certified or meet the requirements to be certified as a Police Officer (or eligible for a training waiver from ILETSB with an accepted certification)
Valid driver's license
Must not have been convicted of a felony or certain misdemeanors, as defined by state statute
Must participate in and complete all stages of the hiring process which may include, but not be limited to:
oral interview
extensive background investigation
post-offer psychological
physical exam
drug screen
