The Village of Winthrop Harbor is a full-service organization that provides Police, Fire, Public Works, Economic and Community Development, Parks and Recreation, and Financial and Administrative Services.
Benefits of employment for full-time employees include medical, dental, and vision, with the Village paying 100% of employee premiums, participation in the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund (IMRF), vacation, sick, and personal leave. Residency within the Village is not required for employment.
