Transcript Request Process

Each initial and mid-year transcript is $2.00 and can be paid for on My Payments Plus. Students who have Free or Reduced Lunch, please contact your counselor on having your transcripts sent. Please follow the steps below to request a transcript:

• Create an account on My Payments Plus​

  • • Pay for transcripts one at a time.  

    • Answer a questionnaire for each request, indicating where you want the transcript sent, what the college’s deadline is, etc.​

• Once done, log in to Naviance and request transcripts be sent to these same colleges:​

• Click on ‘Colleges’​

• Click on ‘Colleges I am applying to’​

• Click on ‘+ Request Transcripts’​

• You will complete this form for each transcript request​

• Please request ‘initial transcripts’ in the fall​

  • • • Initial transcripts will be ready to send in September. If a college requires a transcript for a posted deadline BEFORE September 1, please email your counselor with the request and the link to the posted deadline.

      • Mid-year transcripts will be ready only in January and they include fall semester grades​

      • Final Transcripts will be sent for FREE in June through the Final Transcript Request. This request form is released in May. Students may only choose ONE college to send their final transcript to, which should be their attending college. If additional transcripts are needed for waitlist purposes, please email your counselor directly.

      • Please note Wheeler does not send unofficial or official SAT and ACT scores to colleges​

All the above steps must be completed for each transcript request to be complete in order for counselors to send the transcript!

Important things to consider:

1. Please ensure that the deadline that shows up next to the name of the college in ‘Colleges I am Applying to’ in Naviance is accurate.  This is extremely important as this is the deadline counselors work off, to submit transcripts

2. Please also ensure that the symbol next to the colleges name clearly indicates whether it is a Common App school or that you are applying directly to the college.  

3. Please reach out to your counselor via email if there is a discrepancy in deadlines.  When in doubt, you should always go by the deadline that is listed on the college’s website.

IF you need a counselor written evaluatio/reccomendation please complete the following steps:

• Step One: Complete the Senior Brag Survey in Naviance; Located on home screen under tasks.​

• Step Two: Send your counselor a courtesy email to ask for a recommendation for which college/common application

Transcripts for Dual Enrollment Applications

These transcripts are sent for free on behalf of the student. The Dual Enrollment counselors will send them once the student completes the CCSD/Wheeler procedures in applying and being advised for Dual Enrollment. Students do not need to request them or pay for them. 

Former Students

Former Wheeler student in need of a transcript can request their transcript online 24/7 and pay with credit card via ScribOrder.  For more details and to access the ordering site, click here: Transcript Request
