Previous Experience Riding Scooters is mandatory. We emphasize this for yours and others safety. Read our "Precautions" section.
Valid Driver's License: (Car or Motorcycle license from any country is accepted).
Agreement to Terms: You must read and agree to our "Terms and Conditions".
NO Security Deposit! We trust you. We don't require a refundable guarantee deposit.

Tell us your pickup and drop-off details (dates/times).
Share your driver's license photo for a quick contract draft..
Receive your PDF contract and confirmation in minutes..
Meet us. We'll provide a brief safety orientation..
Pay by Cash, Card, Wire Transfer, or Wise (recommended app).
Provided with a full tank and must be returned full please.
Included in Your Rental
A 2026 Scooter (Clean, great shape, with a trunk and phone holder).
Two sanitized helmets.
Anti-Theft Tracker device installed for peace of mind.
Roadside Assistance available 9:00 to 20:00 within Tulum town.
No Hidden Fees: Any extra costs will be clearly communicated and agreed upon.
Basic Insurance Coverage by Qualitas Insurance Company.
Covers: Civil liability for damage to third parties (Damage to other people or their property and legal expenses).
Does NOT Cover: Damage to our vehicle or injury to yourself. Any costs related to this, will be your financial responsibility. We,ll agree on any repair costs with you after assessment.
Delivery & Pickup (9 to 20 hrs)
From our Shop Location: Free pickup and drop-off during working hours.
Within Tulum Town: Delivery/Pickup +$50 MXN
Tulum Hotel Zone: Delivery/Pickup +$200 MXN
Out of working hours service +200 MXN
Flexible Returns & Extra Hours
Enjoy every minute! Our rentals are 24-hour based, but we offer 1-hour grace period for your return.
1 hour or less: Free
from 1 - 6 hours: Half day rate.
More then 6 hrs: Full day rate.
