• Previous Experience Riding Scooters is mandatory for yours and others safety. Read our "Precautions" section.

• Valid Driver's License: (Car or Motorcycle).

• Agreement to Terms: You must read and agree to our "Terms and Conditions".

• NO Security Deposit! We trust you.

Process

• Contact us via WhatsApp to check availability.

• Select your model: D125, D150LT, WS150, or Vitalia150.

• Tell us your pickup and drop-off details (dates/times).

• Share your driver's license photo for a quick contract draft.

• Receive your PDF contract and confirmation in minutes.

• Meet us. We'll provide a brief safety orientation..

• Pay by Cash, Card, Wire Transfer, or Wise (recommended app).

• Provided with a full tank and must be returned full please.

Included in Your Rental

• A 2026 Scooter (Clean, great shape, with a trunk and phone holder).

• Two sanitized helmets.

• Anti-Theft Tracker device installed for peace of mind.

• Roadside Assistance available 9:00 to 20:00 within Tulum town. 

• No Hidden Fees: Any extra costs will be clearly communicated and agreed upon.

• Basic Insurance by Qualitas Insurance Company.

Covers: Civil liability for third parties damage (Damage to other people or their property and legal expenses).

• Does NOT Cover: Damage to our vehicle nor injury. This would be your financial responsibility.

Delivery & Pickup (9 to 20 hrs)

• From our Shop Location: pickup and drop-off.

• Tulum Town: +$100 MXN.

• Hotel Zone: +$200 MXN.

Flexible Returns & Extra Hours

24-hour based, with 1-hour grace for returns.

• 1 hour or less: Free.

• From 1 - 6 hours: +Half day rate.

• More then 6 hrs: +Full day rate.

Long-Term price

D125 oe D150 2026 $4,000 MXN per month (Ask for other models).

Price valid until Oct 1st.
