RULES

I Roleplay and Gameplay Rules

To ensure a good roleplay and gameplay experience, please adhere to the following rules:

A. Gameplay

1. No Cheating: Using cheats is strictly prohibited.

2. Exploits: It is forbidden to exploit bugs or glitches to gain an advantage, such as duplication glitches or in PvP scenarios.

3. Griefing: Griefing other players is strictly prohibited.

B. Roleplay

1. Stay In-Character: Avoid breaking character as much as possible. If it happens frequently, it will be sanctioned.

2. Restricted Jobs: If a job is whitelisted or requires training (e.g., TO on certain lines or L.E.O), you must be on the whitelist or qualified to take those roles.

3. Special Powers: Roles with special powers (e.g., law enforcement officers, security officers, ticket inspectors, EMTs, DOT) must not abuse their powers. Abusing special powers will result in a roleplay ban (R-ban).

4. Job-Specific Rules: Follow any special rules for specific jobs posted at the job station.

5. Unregistered Companies: Creating and operating an unregistered company (e.g., merchandise transport) is not a bannable offense, but may incur roleplay sanctions from local governments.

6. Government Roles: Those in government roles must adhere to the established hierarchy.

 II Civility Rules

1. Respect for Minorities: Any act against any minority will be censored. Everyone is welcome on our server.

2. Player Respect: Do not be disrespectful to other players. Being slightly mean during roleplay is allowed, but not to an excessive degree. If staff ask you to tone it down, you must comply.

3. Staff Respect: Do not be disrespectful to staff members. They are here to protect and help you.

4. Appropriate Content: Avoid any gore or hardcore scenes during roleplay, as these can be inappropriate for some players.

III sanctions information 

Our sanction system operates through a warning and sanction register where all sanctions are recorded. Staff will determine the appropriate sanction for any rule infraction. After five sanctions in the same month, you will receive a Bail Ban.

Staff have the authority to conduct checks to ensure you are not using cheat software and to verify your identity.

List of Sanctions for Infractions:

1. Warning: The infraction will be noted in the sanction register.

2. Mute: You will be silenced for a month.

3. R-ban: A ban that can be revoked via a simple email.

4. NR-ban: A non-revocable ban.

5. Bail Ban: A ban that can be revoked by having a call with an administrator to ensure you understand your error and will not repeat it. This ban has an application fee of €5. ( the majority will be given to charity ) 

IV Agreement to Rules

By joining our server, you agree to abide by these rules. Non-compliance will result in sanctions as outlined.

V Account Requirement

It is mandatory to have a legal Minecraft account purchased from the official Minecraft website.

VI CurseForge Installation Modification Rule

Builders are allowed to use certain build accommodations, such as Journey Maps. However, using these modifications during the roleplay phase or in a survival city is prohibited and will be considered an infraction if you are caught.

VII BUILDER RULE

builder must respect the build style used in the locality in wich they build, indeed this is to ensure that all locality had their own  identity.
