The Department of Railway and Public Transportation ensures accessible public transit across the map. You might question why prioritize public transit over personal cars? While cars are undoubtedly useful, trains and public transportation offer greater environmental friendliness and convenience. Registering a car in the federal car record requires vigilance on the road, whereas public transportation is cost-effective (with fares typically under a few dollars) and relieves passengers of responsibility as it is managed by the train crew. Cities that prioritize public transit also receive rewards.

To regulate railways and support transit operations effectively, the DRPT was created. It sponsors train projects and oversees three state operators (one for each language spoken on the server):

1. FTB (Ferrovie Transporti-Betterane): This Italian operator manages high-speed train lines across the server, allowing players to swiftly travel to various destinations.

2. SNCM (Société des Chemins de Fer Minecraftiens): SNCM operates local lines such as metros, regional trains, and some high-speed routes.

3. WRO (Whatala Railway Operation): WRO manages mainly intercity services across the server, offering both express and local services.

Players* can establish their local private train lines but must report them through the DRPT web portal or Discord server for regulation and integration into the server's transportation network.

The Federal Anti-Corruption Agency (FACA) operates primarily within survival cities, targeting corruption which often involves basic Minecraft cheat techniques, notably duplication. FACA closely collaborates with server staff to combat various frauds including terrain and police fraud, as well as fraudulent activities among players.

FACA officers' missions encompass:

1) Conducting inspections in survival cities to uncover duplicators or suspicious merchandise, such as multiple stacks of valuable resources.

2) Carrying out air patrols to identify any structures facilitating duplication.

3) Inspecting local businesses in RP cities to prevent tax evasion and identify suspicious activities.

4) Verifying and regulating players' private businesses, ensuring compliance with tax declarations.

5) Collaborating with the Federal Border Agency (FBPA) and the Road Safety Department (RSD) to conduct vehicle inspections at border points, preventing fraudulent activities related to merchandise.

Players interested in joining FACA can initiate the process by contacting a head moderator or staff member, who will guide them through the necessary procedures. Additionally, they can create a special ticket on our Candidature Jobs Discord.

We emphasize that being caught by FACA, rather than staff, may still result in a lifelong ban. Any form of cheating is strictly prohibited on the server.

Regional Police Agencies (RPAs) are LEAs managed by regional councils, granting them jurisdiction over entire regions rather than just one city. For example, the Capital Regional Police oversees the capital region. These agencies may also be referred to as "Bureaux de Sécurité Régionaux" or "Police Régionale" in French regions and "Sicurezza Regionale" or "Polizia Regionale" in Italian regions. In English-speaking regions, they may be known as Sheriff Offices or Regional Public Safety Offices.

The missions of RPAs include:

1) Combatting basic delinquency.

2) Ensuring train safety and railway protection, including preventing trespassing, in cooperation with the Federal Air and Land Transport Safety Agency.

3) Combating all forms of traffic violations.

4) Addressing criminal activities, including serious offenses.

5) Ensuring the protection of citizens within their jurisdiction.

6) Collaborating with the Road Safety Department to maintain driver regularity within the jurisdiction.

7) Occasionally overseeing the functioning and security of correctional facilities, in cooperation with the Federal Correction Department.

8) Conducting patrols and other law enforcement activities.

Flying Licenses

On our Minecraft Build & RP server, you can obtain two types of flying licenses: Public and Private.

Public Pilot License

-Privileges: 

  - Pilot for public companies.

  - Carry up to 100 players.

  - Earn automatic payment (10/mile).

  - Access priority screening at airports, company areas, and other benefits.

  - Create a public flying company.

  - Access company hangars and use immersive vehicles for efficient planes and fuel savings.

Private Pilot License

Privileges:

  - Pilot for private companies.

  - Serve airstrips and some public airports.

  - Carry up to 6 passengers.

  - Create a private company (cannot sell tickets in advance).

License Requirements

To qualify for either license, you must:

1. Skills:

   - Perfectly taxi an aircraft.

   - Have excellent control of at least one aircraft.

   - Know the phonetic alphabet.

   - Handle aviation communications flawlessly (including changing channels when entering new areas).

   - Construct at least one plane using immersive vehicles.

2. Experience:

   - Complete a minimum of 10 hours of supervised flight training.

   - Successfully conduct a solo flight under supervision.

   - Pass a practical flying test administered by server staff.

3. Record:

   - Maintain a clean criminal record.

   - Have no history of violations related to server rules or cheating.

By meeting these requirements and obtaining the appropriate licenses, you can ensure a safe, efficient, and enjoyable air travel experience on our server.

In our Minecraft Build & RP server, air traffic plays a crucial role in long-distance travel, particularly for journeys spanning at least 10,000 blocks. To maintain a well-regulated and efficient air travel system, the construction of airports requires approval from staff, head builders, and high government officials.

For private aviation, cities are permitted to build airstrips that can also be used by Independent pilot. These airstrips are limited to flights with a maximum of six passenger players per flight.

To establish a private aviation company, the following requirements must be met:

- Ownership of at least two planes.

- A capital of at least $10,000.

- Registration with Whatala Aviation Communications discord server.

- Proper handling of the radio communication system.

- Proper pilot, taxing and other plane operations.

Failure to comply with these regulations may result in severe consequences, including being placed in federal or staff jail by the server staff.
