Terms of Service — Decades: 10-20-30 Solitaire

These terms apply to your use of the game "Decades: 10-20-30 Solitaire" (the "Game"), published by Whalefuud Games ("I", "me"). By installing or playing the Game you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Game.
1. Who can play
The Game is intended for players aged 13 and older. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian should review these terms with you.
2. Your license
I give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game on your own devices for non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Game, or use cheats, exploits, bots, or modified versions to gain an advantage or interfere with other players.
3. Accounts, display names, and friends
Some features (friends, leaderboards, cloud progress) use Google Play Games sign-in. You are responsible for activity on your Google account. Display names and any content you make visible to other players must not be unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or impersonate someone else. I may remove names or restrict features for players who break these rules.
4. Purchases and ads
The Game is free to play and includes optional in-app purchases, including starfish, coins, power-ups, and time-limited "Infinite Play" passes, as well as an optional "tip the developer" purchase, and advertising. A tip is a voluntary gift that supports development and is not required to play. As a thank-you, a tip unlocks a special card design; it does not affect gameplay or give any advantage. Tips are generally non-refundable except as required by law or Google Play's policies. Purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's payment terms and refund policies. Starfish, coins, power-ups, and other virtual items have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money. Infinite Play passes last for the period stated when you buy them. I may change prices or offers at any time. Ads are provided by third parties (Google AdMob); I are not responsible for third-party ad content.
5. Game progress and availability
I work to keep the Game running and your progress safe, but I can't guarantee the Game will always be available or error-free, or that progress will never be lost. I may update, change, or discontinue features, or stop supporting the Game, with or without notice.
6. Ownership
The Game, including its artwork, design, music, text, and code, belongs to Whalefuud Games or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. These terms don't transfer any ownership to you.
7. Your data
How I collect and use information is described in my Privacy Policy: https://sites.google.com/view/whalefuud-games/home. You can ask me to delete your data as described there.
8. Disclaimer and limits of liability
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. To the fullest extent allowed by law, I are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or virtual items arising from your use of the Game, and my total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid me in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
9. Ending use
You can stop playing at any time by uninstalling the Game. I may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms.
10. Changes to these terms
I may update these terms. When I do, I'll change the "Last updated" date above; continuing to play after that means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
