AS91576 Critical paths analysis

Critical Path Analysis is a 2 credit Internal

In this standard you use your knowledge of networks to find the critical path in a project.

You will be expected to draw the network diagram and work out the different times that event can start and finish but also expect to draw an Gannt chart to schedule the tasks. You will also have to discuss what would happen if tasks take longer than expected.
