River is 21 years old. They are a sociology major and wgss minor. Their favorite movie is the Lego batman movie.

Erin Heaton

Erin studies Social Work, with minors in Sociology and WGSS. When they're not organizing for reproductive and sexual justice, you can find them screaming into the void and swimming in the Clark Fork.

Sierra Kirk (they/them)

Sierra is majoring in Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies, with a minor in African American Studies, and a concentration in Queer Studies. They love music and many crafts.

As a Queer STEM student, it is often challenging to find opportunities where those two identities align. Getting to explore big data and AI and the impacts on and by Queer people in those realms has been a little passion of mine. I think that minorities have so much to offer to the STEM community. So, we must fight to be seen in these spaces and be inquisitive about how STEM in the real world affects EVERYONE, not just the majority.
