We need to have parent volunteers so that our home games run smoothly. Please sign up to work at least two games.
Clock official: One person for both JV & Varsity Games.
Concessions: Two people will be needed for both the JV & Varsity Games, and another person will be required to pick up pizza and chicken sandwiches before the JV game.
For concessions, we ask that Varsity parents volunteer during the JV games and JV parents volunteer at the Varsity games, so no one misses their son's game.
Concessions: Please log into your Boosterhub account and sign up to volunteer for working concessions! Link below:

The WFHS Soccer Team is a family. We work together to raise money for our team and the Foundations of players we have lost. Each year, we have fundraisers to support these efforts, and we need your help. These include:
NO FUSS FUNDRAISER
August
This will begin as soon as tryouts are completed and your son has made the team. They will be given instructions from Coach Zaytoun at that time. Players will email their friends and family asking them to donate to the WFHS Soccer team.
CAR WASH
Saturday, Auust 29, 2026 @ Zaxby's
Team members are expected to participate in this fundraiser. We would also love parents to help by taking a shift, letting your friends and family know about the event, and helping purchase supplies. We will divide the day into two shifts.
PANIC POINT
September-October.
This fundraiser is about spreading the word. We would love for every player and parent to share information about this event on all their social media accounts. Each year, Panic Point allows us to offer a 10% discount with an additional 15% of sales coming back to our team. Our discount code is WFSoccer.
IAN LEWIS SCHOLARSHIP FOUNDATION
Seotember 8, 2026
Every year, we create around 15 themed baskets for a raffle. The raffle proceeds are then donated to the Ian Lewis Character Scholarship Fund. Ian Lewis was a Wake Forest soccer player who passed away in 2019. His family established a scholarship fund to reward two soccer players with good character and leadership. We need every family to participate in this fundraiser. Volunteers needed:
Project Leader - work with Boosters to set up the payment system and ensure baskets get displayed in the library for teachers. Work with the committee to run the raffle on game day.
Marketing coordinator - organize the event on social media and email parents a communication packet that they can use to get donations and share about the event
Basket Organizers: (10-15 people) will be responsible for gathering and delivering one themed basket by mid-September
Donation Collectors: (30 people) will help provide items or ask companies to donate items to their assigned basket
DONATE: If you have a company or know of anyone who is interested in donating directly to the WFHS Booster Club or Soccer Team, please speak with Coach Pitt or email wfhsboostertreasurer@gmail.com
GET INVOLVED: If you want to get even more involved the Booster Club is always looking for help. You can join one of their committees, or are always welcome at their monthly meetings. It's a great way to meet other parents and become part of the Wake Forest High School community.
