If you are coming to workouts, please bring:
Cleats
Soccer socks
Shin guards
A filled water bottle
Indoor shoes
July dates and locations are TBD.
You must upload your physical in Dragonfly before you will be allowed to train.

Will be held July 29-31, 2026. You must attend all days to be considered for the JV or Varsity teams.

The 2026–27 season is open on Dragonfly! If you don’t already have an account, please create one as soon as possible.
Take time to complete as much of your profile as you can before summer workouts begin. There are 4 forms required to be uploaded and approved by the trainer before you can begin:

Important: Rising freshmen may not attend workouts until they have completed middle school and uploaded a valid physical due to liability rules.
You can take your son to OrthoNC for a $10 physical—no appointment necessary. Log into Dragonfly to print a blank physical form to bring with you.

Right before tryouts, you’ll receive an email with a link to the Ticket to Play form..
To be eligible for a Ticket to Play, your Dragonfly account must be 100% complete by mid-July.
If it’s not complete, you won’t receive a ticket—and you won’t be allowed to try out.

The Wake Forest Soccer Program is committed to fostering a positive, respectful, and developmentally appropriate environment for student-athletes. Parents and guardians play a vital role in supporting the values of sportsmanship, teamwork, accountability, and integrity. This Code of Ethics outlines the expectations for parental behavior to ensure a unified and respectful culture. We kindly request that all parents of players sign and email a copy of this form to Coach.

The team store will open twice this season:
First Opening: June 16-29, 2026 — this ensures gear arrives in time for the start of the season. We recommend ordering practice shirts, warm-ups, and polos during this window.
Second Opening: Shortly after tryouts — this will be your final opportunity to purchase team gear for the season.
Please note: Purchasing gear does not guarantee a spot on the team.

Team socks are available for purchase from the school for $10 per pair.
If a player prefers to wear sleeves instead of socks, the sleeves must match the team sock color and be Nike brand.

If cards are seen being shared with anyone other than the pass owner, your card will be revoked, and no replacement passes will be sold.

The 2026-27 cougar passes are on sale now.
$200 FAMILY - 4 cards
$85 INDIVIDUAL - 1 card
$20 STUDENT - 1 card
Passes give you entry into all home (onsite at WF High) sports games in the 2026-2027 school year.
Please note: Cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Cards cannot be used at away games, endowment games, or playoff games. Excludes gymnastics and swimming, which are held off-site.
All Cards are mailed to your address.
Entry to WCPSS games will be $10 this year.
