Team Dinners

All JV and Varsity swimmers are treated to a team dinner each week, hosted by 2-3 families. It's a great opportunity for the teams to bond and celebrate upcoming meets. Dinners are held once a week from 6:30 - 8:00pm. The menu is determined by the host families, but anything is fair game, keeping allergies and health as a priority.

Host families should plan to feed 25-30 hungry swimmers and divers. Athletes who do not plan to attend a team dinner are asked to text the host family at least 24 hours in advance of dinner so no food is wasted.

COncessions

The Swim Team sells concessions in the Field House lobby, just outside the pool area, during home meets.  Money raised from concession sales helps to cover the cost of senior gifts, as well as offset the cost of swimsuits and banquet fees.  Parent volunteers are needed to run the Concessions Stand during home meets. There are 2 sessions per meet, with 2 volunteers per session. Parents are still welcome to spectate their son as no one should miss seeing their child swim!  Food and drink donations also are needed to stock the concession stand.

Press the "Sign up" Button to volunteer to help with Concessions.

Parent Night

During the last home meet, each swimmer is recognized, presented with a flower and poses for a picture with family.  Volunteers are needed to help take photos, distribute flowers, and recruit freshman and sophomore swimmers to help decorate and assemble the picture frames that are presented to each athlete later in the season.

Press the "Sign up" Button to volunteer.
