2024 Registration Information

All paperwork and fees due before boys can practice!

Step 1: Forms

Download and complete the TWO forms listed below or go to the Westerville City School Extracurricular link for current forms to register a boy with Westerville IGNITE Boys Volleyball.

Step 2: Lindsay's Law

Read and watch the following PDF and video regarding Lindsay's Law.

What is Lindsay's Law? Lindsay's Law is about Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA) in youth athletes. It covers all athletes 19 years or younger who practice for or compete in athletic activities. Activities may be organized by a school or youth sports organization. All youth athletes and their parents/guardians must click to open and review the required Sudden Cardiac Arrest Informational Handout and watch the required Sudden Cardiac Arrest Informational Video.

Step 3: Final Forms

Log into Final Forms. Here you will answer medical and other pertinent questions as well as upload documents that will allow your son to play for us. These are required by Westerville City Schools.

NOTE: 6th GRADERS should bring copy of forms to tryouts if you can't get your forms uploaded to Final Forms

NOTE: If you have issues with Final Forms, please print forms and bring to tryouts.

CONCESSION DONATIONS

We ask each family to contribute $20 (Venmo, Cash, or Check) or a snack donation that will be used to sell at the concession stand during games to help raise money for the team
