Boys volleyball has been played at the high school level for many years and all three Westerville high schools have competitive teams. The middle school team was created in 2013 to generate excitement for the sport among Westerville boys in grades six, seven and eight, and provide them with the opportunity to learn the basics and develop a passion for playing throughout middle and high school.
Boys volleyball became a recognized sport by the Ohio High School Athletic Association in 2022; however, this was for high school only so we are not affiliated with the district or it's athletic departments, nor do we receive any school district funds. We are a not-for-profit club and support ourselves through registration fees, concession sales, admission fees and other fundraisers. Under our current agreement with Westerville City Schools, we are a "recognized" sport and therefore are able to use the schools gyms and equipment.
OPEN TO ALL 6th, 7th and 8th Grade Westerville City School Boys!
