The vendor hall will hold 55 booths.
Booths will be assigned in FCFS basis
A $500 non‑refundable deposit is required to secure and hold a vendor table
The deposit will be applied toward the total vendor booth fee
Booths are not considered confirmed until the deposit is received
You may purchase up to two tables (encourage to buy only 1)
Conference registration for two (2) vendor representatives
Full access to all conference events during the week
All scheduled conference provided meals including the banquet dinner
Daily use of the following exhibit furnishings and services:
One (1) 6‑foot table with linen
There will be two prices for booths:
Booths with electricity ($1800)
Booths without electricity ($1500)
Exhibitor setup begins Sunday, March 7, 2027 @ 8:00AM
Complimentary storage is available for items received within 48 hours prior to exhibitor setup which begins on Sunday
The hotel maintains a secure package cage where all boxes and packages are stored
Packages will remain secured until they are scheduled to be moved into the meeting space at the designated setup time
Internet access must be arranged directly with the hotel
All shipping arrangements must be coordinated with the hotel
The hotel does not have a loading dock. They are not equipped to receive OR move pallets
All shipments must be designated as “inside delivery”
Package receiving, storage, and movement fees apply
The hotel’s current package handling information and fee schedule has been provided and is attached for vendor reference (where is this?)
Any shipment received earlier than the 48‑hour complimentary storage window will incur storage fees
Vendors are fully responsible for all associated storage and handling costs
Early shipments may be subject to acceptance based on hotel storage availability
You may send items for donation/raffle/bag stuffing to the address below. If you send something other than brochures, please indicate if it is for attendee bags or giveaways.
