1. Log Out and Log Back in or Reboot your Phone.
2. Check your App store to see if you have the latest version of the McDonald’s App.
3. Ensure your location services are on and verify that the McDonald’s restaurant you are at matches your pick-up point.
4. Tap on “More” in the bottom right corner of the app and click “Help” to find FAQs.
