Responsibilities of our service crew team members include greeting and welcoming our guests, accurately taking and serving orders of our delicious world-famous food and beverages, and keeping our workspace and our guest service area neat and clean. Responsibilities of our kitchen crew team members include preparing and assembling orders of our quality world-famous food and keeping our workspace area neat and clean. It is essential that all members of our service crew value and exhibit a dedication to working as a team to deliver an outstanding experience to our guests! 

The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring the restaurant meets McDonald's critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. These standards are high, so this is a big job! The General Manager works with the leader to set the restaurant's goals and creates a plan to achieve the goals.

To meet restaurant goals, The General Manager works with others. They lead a team of Department Managers with specific responsibilities in the restaurant. This means helping the Department Managers set their goals, following up on their progress, and providing coaching and direction to improve their Departments. By improving the Departments, the restaurant improves!

The General Manager may also be responsible for hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to ensure the restaurant has the right team to lead in the future.

The Custodian/Janitor assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment.

The Custodian/Janitor’s responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Routine equipment maintenance, including daily filtering of oil fryers

• Maintaining outside grounds, including snow removal of walkways

• Cleaning of floors, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms

• Unloading delivery truck 2 times a week

• Taking out and empty trash compactor

• Changing light bulbs and other routine maintenance as needed
