To register, please print off and complete the PDF entry form. Form can be accessed by clicking arrow on the top right hand corner of the image. Please send your cheque/deposit with this form for registration.

Entry Fee

The entry fee is:

• $430.00 for first group entered

• $360.00 for the 2nd group

• $295.00 for additional groups.

Deadline for entry: WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 24TH, 2024.

Mailed with cheques only. No Fax please.

Payable To: West Coast Jazz Festival

Entries are limited and scheduling will be based on time of registration in the above office. 

Refunds

There will be NO REFUNDS for withdrawn groups beyond the deadline entry of Wednesday, January 24th, 2024.
