Why a Conservation District?
Neighborhood Character: Westcliff & Westcliff West are beloved for their family-centric feel, and we want to preserve their charm. A Conservation District would give us the tools to do that by establishing guidelines for new construction.
Property Values: Studies show that historic preservation, including Conservation Districts, increase property values and insulate homeowners against downturns in the market.

A note on eligibility: all residential property owners within Westcliff and Westcliff West are eligible to register a response. For owners of multiple properties, a response can be submitted for each separate address.
