Registration Timeline:

Early Registration ends 24 MAR 2024 at 11:59pm.
Online Registration closes on 08 APR 2024 at 11:59pm.
Register in-person after 08 APR 2024
Late Fee:
Any registration on or after 24 MAR 2024 will result in a $10.00 late fee per race.
Courses and Classes:
Competitive: All standard OUSA competitive courses and classes will be offered. Competitive entrants should register prior to the event.
Recreational: White, Yellow, and Orange events will be offered recreationally.
Awards:
West Point NRE commemorative coins will be given to the first place of each division. Orienteering "Tabs" will be given to second and third place finishers of each division.
E-Punch:
E-Punch rentals will be $5 for the weekend. Please pick up at the registration desk.
Payments:
Two forms of payment are available for this meet: PayPal and Pay by Check. You will see these payment options and their details at the end of the registration process. Please make checks payable to “Directorate of Cadet Activities”.
Cancellation/Refunds:
Full refunds will be made on cancellations received by 4PM EST, April 12, 2024. Refund requests received after 4PM EST, April 12, 2024, will be considered on an individual basis by the Meet Director. Any refunds allowed after 4PM EST, April 12, 2024 will be charged $10/competitor.
