“Redditch SC is a not only a place for young people to swim; it is a safe place for them to develop, grow and thrive. It is a 'family'. With an ambitious, yet supportive, coaching team leading the way, RSC has been successful in many ways. So far, this year, the club has won two leagues, sent many swimmers to counties, regionals and have qualifiers at national level, including overseas. The club aims to encourage, support, inspire and have fun! Oh and this year RSC is 125 years old.”

“Oswestry Otters are flourishing in their number of, the strength of and the results of their swimmers, thanks to Nikki. The club has a growing number of para-swimmers and her management of these individuals is exemplary. She embraces all disciplines of swimming and is always keen to think ahead. She is now an integral part of Shropshire Swimming; looking after the County Team at Inter County Champs and has offered to support the County Open Water Development Programme.”
