Welcome to my webpage.
My research is centered on the economics of food, health, and nutrition. I use scanner data to estimate demand and collective household models, supported by a skilled team of Ph.D. students proficient in quantitative analysis. Recently, my interest has expanded to include using item response theory models to assess food insecurity rates in the U.S. Our goal is to provide meaningful insights that influence health policies and consumer behaviors (Google Scholar).
