My research is centered on the economics of food, health, and nutrition. I use scanner data to estimate demand and collective household models, supported by a skilled team of Ph.D. students proficient in quantitative analysis. Recently, my research interests have expanded to include the economics of precision fertilization, with a particular focus on how data-driven nutrient management practices can improve agricultural productivity, profitability, and environmental sustainability.
