The Kingdom of Wenford, officially known as the Reformed Kingdom of Wenford, is a proud and independent micronation established in 2023. The state is built on a foundation of cultural, familial, and communital pride, along with a steadily growing national identity similar to those of Nordic countries. Created from a vision of sovereignty and self reliance, Wenford is a constitutional monarchy with democratic aspects, which gives the people the right to choose their own destiny individually and as a collective -- whatever they please. The strength of perseverance and unity rooted in the rural areas of the United States is a major part of Wenford, as if it weren't for its countryside, Wenford would have nothing that makes it unique other than its governing system and culture. The nation is currently led by King Nolan the First, who has served as the ruling monarch for nearly 3 years with much dedication to the people and their shared vision for the future. Â Since its founding, the kingdom has faced a number of challenges, including internal disagreements, outside skepticism, and the ongoing trials that often confront young nations seeking to define themselves. Despite these difficulties, Wenford has remained committed to its principles and continues to grow as a symbol of resilience.

The Kingdom of Wenford has a rich and growing culture that blends Nordic and Scandinavian values with the everyday life found in rural America. This mix gives the nation a strong identity that continues to develop over time. Many people in Wenford enjoy simple but very meaningful activities such as farming, pottery making, and hiking. These hobbies are more than just pastimes, as they have become a central part of daily life and have helped shape the spirit and traditions of the nation. Through this close connection to the land and to hand made work, Wenford has developed a way of living that feels grounded and timeless, and one that is constantly reflecting some of the values of early human societies.
