It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or professional healthcare advice.
All content provided by Welly, including:
Summaries
Insights
Emotion labels
Suggestions or exercises
is for informational and self-reflection purposes only.
Welly:
Is not a medical device
Does not replace professional care
Should not be used for emergency situations
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a licensed healthcare professional.
You must be at least:
13 years old (or 16 where required by law) to use Welly
By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You retain ownership of all content you submit, including:
Voice recordings
Text entries
Journal notes
By using Welly, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to:
Provide app functionality
Generate insights and summaries
Display your history within the app
We do not sell or use your content for advertising.
Welly uses AI systems to analyze user input and generate reflections.
You acknowledge that:
AI outputs may not always be accurate
Responses are supportive suggestions, not facts
