Look at previous ISEF and CSEF abstracts. If you find something interesting you CAN NOT repeat the same project but can - alter the idea somewhat, also alter the methods or materials a bit to improve the data, or possibly you will find something new!
This is what scientists and engineers do all the time…modify with the goal of improving or finding something entirely new but always remember to cite the source of the ideas.

Use the shown picture as guidance
Describe your hypothesis
Present materials used in the study or experiment in the left hand part
Use pictures or attach samples as applicable
Project 'Question' or 'Concept Description' can be presented in the center board
Student name or team's name should be mentioned as well
Describe procedure in a step by step way. Use pictures as applicable
Describe controls for your study. Also if applicable present depend variables and independent variables
Present results observed. Use graphs, plots to show your observations
Explain your conclusions
Present resources you used for your study
