Specific Rules for Early Application types of projects: 

1. Humans involved in any type of testing & data collection

2. Vertebrate Animals involved in any type of testing & data collection 

3. Potentially Harmful Biological Agents (microbes, bodily tissues, rDNA technologies and more…)  

4. Hazardous Chemicals, Activities, or Devices involved in the research 

5. Continuation of Project from a previous year

6. Projects conducted anywhere other than school, home, or field 

Data collection should start after ACSEF approval.
