How does Cupping work?
Cupping therapy is a gentle invitation for the body to return to its natural rhythm and flow. Rooted in ancient healing traditions, it creates negative pressure by using soft suction to lift and decompress soft tissues, helping to release stored tension while encouraging the body's natural healing processes to rejuvenate, by nourishing and supporting circulation to move freely.
As the body begins to let go, tightness softens and stagnation clears, supporting the lymphatic system and allowing deeper restoration to unfold. With each placement and movement of the cups, there’s a quiet sense of expansion—where heaviness begins to dissolve into lightness.
This experience creates space within the body, leaving you feeling grounded, refreshed, and more connected—carrying a sense of ease, clarity, and renewed vitality well beyond the session.
Benefits May Include:
Relief from muscular pain and tension
Increases circulation and blood flow
Reduces chronic and acute inflammation and stagnation
Improves mobility and range of motion
Deep relaxation and nervous system regulation
Renews sense of vitality accompanied by feeling lighter
