Do Your Part

We want to do everything we can do to be physically healthy.

-Stay home. We can't spread it if we're not near others. Think of young kids and the elderly (like your grandparents).

-Wash your hands when you use the bathroom/cough/or sneeze. You should wash your hands with hot water and soap. Wash between your fingers/under nails, the back of yours, thumbs and all the way up past your wrists.

-Cough/Sneeze into your elbow

-Stay 6 feet apart from people, whenever possible, when you are outside

-Get good sleep

-Get exercise, even if you are just walking in the house

-Try to walk every hour for five minutes
