Hello I’m Lisa, a reflexologist based in Woking, offering relaxing and restorative treatments designed to support your body, mind, and spirit.
My journey into reflexology began with a passion for natural therapies and a desire to help others reconnect with their inner calm. I believe that when we take time to rest and restore, we create space for the body to heal and rebalance.

Your first visit begins with a consultation so I can understand your health, lifestyle, and what you hope to achieve through reflexology.
You’ll then relax in a comfortable chair while I work on your feet using specific pressure techniques designed to encourage deep relaxation and balance.
Many clients drift into a peaceful, meditative state during treatment. Afterwards, we’ll take a few minutes to reflect on your experience and I’ll offer aftercare advice if needed.
You’ll leave feeling calm, grounded, and refreshed — with a greater sense of harmony throughout your whole body.
