I do not think my job in education is not to just prepare students for the next text. My role is to assist students in living their lives in the present while also preparing them for the future. Students must develop critical thinking skills and become engaged citizens. I value understanding the questions or reasoning behind things instead of remembering them for the time being. My students will develop the knowledge and skills that are essential to formulate their own viewpoints and solutions about challenges they may face. I will succeed at following through with my goals and make sure I will continue to put my best effect into everything as a teacher.
