A congratulations to Westar Zong, Elijah Richardson, Jose Gonzalez, Daniel Cho, and Danny Ye on reaching the rank of Eagle. To achieve the Rank of Eagle is no easy feat as it takes skills in the outdoors, leadership, and being an upstanding citizen.

Founders District Spring 2022 Camporee
The latest camporee held in Camp Bullowa was a thrilling experience, with several troops hailing from all across Founders district meeting to compete and participate in a series of competitions. These competitions tested the scout’s individual skills as well as their ability to work as a patrol. This years theme was based off the latest hit movie in the DC universe, The Batman. When the Riddler makes plans to destroy Camp Bullowa (Gotham City) the scouts of Founders District must use their scout skills to assist Batman in saving the city. After a long and grueling day Troop 253 came out victorious in a sweep for first, second, and third place.
Quack Quack
In Boston their is an attraction known as the Duck Tours. These tours take place along the streets of Boston as well as their waterways while teaching historic facts along the way. Troop 253 commandeered an entire vessel and took a scenic trip to view Boston from a more aquatic perspective.

Stowaways
Troop 253 took to the seas in search of life and life we found. On another boating trip Troop 253 went out to sightsee whales and other marine life on the open sea.
Making a Splash
Troop 253 explored marine life from all across the world in the one of a kind aquarium. With multiple exhibits that contain thousands of animals the scouts of Troop 253 had a blast moving through the aquarium and taking in the exotic fauna from across the world.

Take Me Out To The Ball Game
Our first visit was to the famous Fenway Park, known for being one of the oldest baseball stadiums still standing as well as the home for the Red Soxs. This famous stadium is the oldest in major league baseball and one of the most known within the fanbase.
Let's Do The Time Warp
Troop 253 takes a trip that warps them back to the cretaceous era when one of the most well known dinosaurs lived. In addition to their dinosaur exhibit, featuring a scale Tyrannosaurus Rex, the Boston Museum of Science holds exhibits featuring topics like vaccines, biology, engineering and Artic exploration.

Bubble Bubble Toil and Trouble
Last but not least the Salem Witch Museum, which explores the 1692 Salem Witch Trials in which the people time were persecuted in accusations of being a witch and being involved with Satan. With two presentations focused on the drama of 1962 and the meaning and evolution of the word witch, the troop experienced a chilling tale of the horrors and intrigue of the witch trials.
