Join the VOCES Reading Decathlon Team!
The Reading Decathlon Team meets Mondays and Tuesdays during lunch in the library. All middle school VOCES Vanguards are welcome to become team members.

How does the Reading Decathlon work?
Forms teams of 4 - 6 members.
Decide and divide up the books. Each member should read 10 - 15 books.
Read and take notes about the story and the characters.
Train for the competition during lunch on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Compete in the competition on Saturday, April 26, 2025 at SOCES (Sherman Oaks Center for
Enriched Studies)
Reading List
All of the books can be found in the VOCES library, on Sora, or in the public library. Many of these books are available as audiobooks.
