Now, return to the mypiedmont homepage and, under quick links, click "RosterApps".
RosterApps is the scheduling application that Piedmont uses to create employee schedules, award PTO, submit timecards for payroll, and a variety of other functions. It will allow you to view your schedule, timecard, dependability points, and PTO balances. It will also allow you to submit vacation requests, participate in schedule bids, and swap shifts with your fellow employees.
Key Point 1: RosterApps uses military time, so be sure to double check your schedule so you know when you are expected to be at work.
Key Point 2: During your 90 day probationary period, you are unable to make changes to your schedule. This includes trading shifts to other employees and requesting time off. However, you can pick up shifts from other employees and open time from the company.
The following Dependability Policy information was discussed during the interview process. Below is a more detailed explanation of the policy along with the MYR Sick Line phone number. If you are ever unable to make it to work, please call the sick line to notify management. The phone number will take you to a voicemail system where you will provide your name, employee number, and the reason you are calling out.
Note:
Notification for an absence must be made 60 minutes prior to the shift start time.
Notification for a tardy must be made as soon as possible and within 30 minutes after the shift start time.
Please review the information below and let us know if you have any questions!
