House guide

There is a modern well equipped kitchen at Family tides.  You will find a washer-dryer, a dishwasher, a fridge with a small freezer compartment, a microwave and oven with electric hob.  In the cupboards and drawers you will find all the saucepans, frying pans and utensils you should need.

There is a cafetierre and nespresso coffee machine for coffee, and a kettle for tea.  On arrival there will be some milk sachets and tea and coffeer to get you started.

If you do use the coffee machine, please repalce the pods you use.  

In your welcome pack you will find some dishwasher tablets and rubbish bags.  

There is a laminated recycling guide in the property.

The bathroom upstairs has a shower over the bath.  Please do not put anything other than toilet paper into the toilet bowl.

There are three bedrooms upstairs, two doubles, and a twin with two bunk beds at the rear.  All the bedrooms have space for clothes and personal items including handing rails.  The windows do all open, please close them before you leave.

All bed linen and bath towels are provided. Please get in touch if you need any additional items.  Please do not take the towels to the beach (!)

If you need a cot or high chair, please let the managing agent know and they willbe able to provide.

Outside there is a table and chairs, and a bench seat, to enjoy the summer evenings.  Under the cover there is a small barbeque.  Please feel free to buy charcoal from any one of the local shops and enjoy a summer cook-out.  

If you do eat outside, keep an eye out for seagulls.  Similar to the sea front, any unattended food will quickly attract the seagulls.  Please also clean out the BBQ after use so it is ready for the next guest.

Outside the back door is a large waterproof box.  This is a great place to keep sandy shoes, or beach kit after a day at the beach.  Inside teh smaller cupboard under the stairs has a drying rack, a vacuum cleaner, and an ironing board/iron.  

The larger cupboard in the back room has cleaning equipment and landlord supplies.  It is padlocked, please do not try and force this open.
